Needless to say, that book opened my eyes to the beautiful and
fascinating world of nutrition. I followed the recommended diet
and supplementation plan for people with low blood sugar. My recovery
was practically instantaneous and I was able to reach an optimum
state of health within a few weeks. I honestly felt as though my
life had not begun until that moment; a balanced life without fatigue,
anxiety, and headaches is the greatest gift that nutrition has
given me.
After that experience, I began reading about food and supplementation
for therapeutic intervention in the treatment of illness/disease.
I soon learned that almost every disease could be linked to a nutritional
deficiency. I spent much of my time reading as many books and articles
on nutrition and herbal medicine. It became my favorite hobby,
if not my passion. The impact that healthy eating, supplementation,
and exercise has had on my life is unimaginable. My infectious
enthusiasm for nutrition has motivated me to help other individuals
achieve an optimum state of health. There is nothing else I would
rather do with my life than help those people who were just like
I was, with their lives at a standstill because of their health.
I decided to turn my beloved hobby into a career and I became a
Certified Nutritionist. I am currently doing my M.S. in Clinical
Nutrition.(back)
